我们的客户是一家美资知名生物制药企业，在上海开办的分公司迄今已有20多年。公司规模较大，其业务主要覆盖在大中华地区，在国内各大城市拥有多家独资或合资企业。公司业务包括多类固体制剂、生物制剂的研发、生产、销售、进口，主要产品包括一些天然产品提取物及其合成类产品，同时也会涉猎环保科技和高科技化工等多个领域。

 

Position: 进出口主管

 

Responsibilities:

• Understand the export/import regulation and requirement for Drug & Food

了解和熟悉中国食品药品进出口政策

• Understand the import/export regulation and requirement for Drug & Food in EU, US, AU and JP.

了解和熟悉澳大利亚，欧盟，美国和日本的食品药品进出口政策

• Support purchaser to plan for materials.

协助采购做好进口前准备工作

• Manage import/export transportation booking, and import/export customs clearance.

管理进出口运输的订舱和清关

• Shipping planning & information on time update.

运输计划和信息及时更新

• On time & accurately communicate with sales office.

及时和准确和各销售区域沟通

• All export document, certificate send on time to sales.

出口单据及时传送到销售

• Return goods handling & coordinate.

协调和跟踪退货

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Major in Logistics or business management.

物流或国际贸易专业首选

• 3-5 years working experience in import/export handling.

3-5年国际贸易工作经验

• Fluent English both in written & oral.

流利的书写和口头英文

• International business knowledge.

国际贸易知识

• Supply Chain concept & knowledge.

供应链理念和知识

• Related industry knowledge.

• Cost & Finance Knowledge.

财务知识

• Good communication skill.

良好的沟通技能

• Good coordination skill.
