我们的客户是一家美资知名生物制药企业，在上海开办的分公司迄今已有20多年。公司规模较大，其业务主要覆盖在大中华地区，在国内各大城市拥有多家独资或合资企业。公司业务包括多类固体制剂、生物制剂的研发、生产、销售、进口，主要产品包括一些天然产品提取物及其合成类产品，同时也会涉猎环保科技和高科技化工等多个领域。

 

Position: 采购主管

 

Responsibilities:

• Research and analysis material supply market to set up the potential supplier database.

了解和分析物料供应市场，建立潜在供应商数据库

• Work with related department/user to fully understand the business requirement.

确保充分了解客户需求包括内部客户

• To work together with related departments for supplier audit.

和相关部门合作，支持供应商审计

• Supplier performance management. Regular discussion and performance review with supplier.

供应商业绩管理，定期回顾供应商业绩和改进

• Follow up the new materials sourcing and supply.

跟踪新材料的供应商开发和新材料供应

• Material & product price update & cost saving.

物料价格的更新和成本控制

• Perform daily purchasing task on time and supply follow up.

按时完成日常采购任务，跟踪物料按时供货

• Maintain supplier profile.

维护供应商目录

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Major in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or Business Administration.

化学，制药货商务管理专业毕业

• 3-5 years working experience in Sourcing & Purchasing, 2 years in Healthcare, Chemical or related industry in required.

3-5年供应商开发及采购工作经验, 2年化工制药或相关行业工厂经验

• Sourcing & Purchasing knowledge and skill.

供应商开发和采购技巧

• Supply Chain concept & knowledge.

供应链理念和知识

• Related industry knowledge.

相关行业经验

• ERP or MRP system knowledge.

ERP或 MRP 系统知识

• Cost & Finance Knowledge.

财务知识

• GMP knowledge.

GMP知识

• Fluent English both in written & oral.
